Veho is looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Director to lead and enhance our customer experience strategy. In this key position you'll be shaping our omnichannel strategy across Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The role includes strategic development, service concept design and hands-on implementation of enhanced customer experiences. You'll ensure that our customers’ journey - whether in our dealerships or online - are nothing but exceptional.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategy Execution: Lead our customer experience strategy, with a focus on continuous transformation.
- Customer Insight and Data: Analyze and track KPIs for in-person and digital experiences, turning insights into action.
- Service Innovation: Develop and implement service concepts that blend physical and digital experiences.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead teams across countries to ensure seamless, personalized employee experience.

- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Holds relevant education and is fluent in English and Finnish.
